Turn your outdated website into a better sales tool.

A plumbing company website shown before and after a redesign by Pak Tech Solutions, from outdated to high-converting

Your business has changed since your website was built. Your website should reflect the quality of your current work and make it easy for customers to take the next step. We redesign outdated sites with clearer messaging, stronger layouts, better mobile usability, and conversion paths that actually lead somewhere.

What we improve

Everything that stands between you and the next call.

Visual design

New colors, typography, imagery, and spacing — a presentation that matches the quality of the work you deliver in person.

Website structure

Simpler navigation and a page structure organized around what customers are actually trying to find, not how the business was organized years ago.

Messaging

A clear value proposition up front, plainly listed services and service areas, and calls to action that tell people exactly what happens next.

Mobile experience

Navigation, readability, buttons, forms, and layouts rebuilt for the small screen most of your customers are holding when they find you.

Lead generation

Stronger calls to action, estimate forms people finish, tap-to-call links, testimonials, and the trust signals that turn a visit into a phone call.

Website performance

Compressed images, fewer moving parts, and clean code so pages load quickly — which keeps visitors on the site and helps your rankings.

Search visibility

We keep the pages that are already earning traffic, carry over their URLs and metadata, and tighten up the on-page SEO across the new site.

Mobile first

Most of your customers are on a phone.

An older site was usually designed on a desktop and squeezed onto mobile afterward. We redesign the other way around — the phone layout is the real layout, with buttons big enough to hit with a thumb and your number one tap away on every page.

Our process

How a redesign actually goes.

1

Review the existing site

We go through your current content, navigation, design, usability, and technical setup, and write down what is costing you leads.

2

Decide what stays

Some pages rank, some photos are worth keeping, some features you rely on. We identify what carries over before anything is touched.

3

Rebuild the structure

We plan a clearer sitemap and a path through the site that leads to a call or a quote request instead of a dead end.

4

Design and build

We create the new visual system and build responsive layouts, wire up the forms and tracking, and get your sign-off as we go.

5

Redirect and launch

We map redirects from every old URL, test across devices, publish the new site, and watch the first week of traffic with you.

Before and after

The same business, two very different websites.

An outdated plumbing company website with a cluttered banner, dense paragraphs, and a long contact form
Before

A site that made people work for it

The original site was built years ago and never revisited. It loaded slowly, buried the phone number, and pinched down to unreadable text on a phone.

  • Phone number only in the footer
  • Text too small to read on mobile
  • A wall of copy with no clear services
  • Contact form with nine required fields

After

A site that asks for the job

The redesign leads with the services people search for, puts tap-to-call in the header, and gets a quote request down to three fields.

  • Tap-to-call in the header on every page
  • Services and service areas above the fold
  • A quote form with three fields
  • Pages that load in about a second

Deliverables

What you get with a redesign.

Every redesign includes the full list — no line items to negotiate back in later.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before a redesign.

Can you redesign my website without changing the domain?+

Yes. In almost every case you keep the same domain — customers, business cards, truck wraps, and Google listings all keep pointing at the same address. We build the new site separately, then switch it over. If you would rather move the domain to a different registrar, we can handle that too.

Will I lose my current Google rankings?+

No one can guarantee rankings, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can do is protect what you have: we keep the URLs of pages that already earn traffic, carry over their content and metadata, and set up 301 redirects for anything that has to move, so the value of your old pages transfers to the new ones.

Can you redesign a WordPress or Webflow website?+

Yes. We regularly redesign sites built on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and hand-coded HTML. You do not need to know what yours was built with — send us the address and we will figure it out.

Can you keep parts of my existing design?+

Absolutely. If your logo, colors, photography, copy, or a booking tool you rely on are working, we keep them and rebuild around them. A redesign does not have to mean starting from zero — it means fixing what is holding the site back.

Can you rewrite my website content?+

Yes. Rewriting your service pages is part of the redesign — we use what we learn in the review and a short interview with you, and you supply job photos and any licensing details. If you want to keep your existing copy, we will work with it and just tighten the headlines and calls to action.
