A website is not finished after launch. Content changes, software updates, broken forms, security issues, and performance problems all affect how customers experience your business online. We handle the upkeep so you can stay on the job.
The work that never makes it onto your list — updates, backups, testing, monitoring — handled every month without you thinking about it.
Send a text or an email and we make the change — new services, new photos, new hours, updated pricing, a seasonal banner.
We apply supported platform, plugin, integration, and dependency updates as they are released, and test the site afterward.
We keep restorable backups on a schedule that fits your platform and plan, so a bad update is an inconvenience and not a rebuild.
We watch for common security issues, suspicious activity, expired certificates, and software that has fallen out of date.
We submit your contact forms, click your buttons and links, and confirm your integrations still work — before a customer finds out they do not.
We review loading speed, oversized images, technical errors, and uptime, and fix what is slowing the site down.
You get plain-English reporting on traffic, calls, and form submissions, and a heads-up when something moves in the wrong direction.
We keep an eye on the things that expire quietly — your hosting, your SSL certificate, and your domain renewal.
Every plan is month to month. Tell us how your site is used and we'll quote the plan that fits — no long-term contract.
For a site that mostly needs to stay online and current.
For a site that is actively bringing in work.
For businesses that need more than a monthly check-in.

A maintenance plan covers upkeep, not new construction. Anything below is quoted separately, so you always know what a month costs before it starts.
Looking for a full redesign instead? →Nobody calls to tell you your contact form stopped sending. You just get fewer leads and never learn why. Maintenance is what keeps small problems from becoming lost work.

You do not have to leave the site you already have to get support for it. We start with a paid initial review of the site, its hosting, and its software so we know what we are taking on — then we quote a plan, or tell you honestly if the site needs work first.
Small changes — a phone number, a photo, a price, a banner — are typically live within one to two business days. Larger requests like a new page or a new form get scheduled, and we tell you the turnaround when you ask, before any work starts. If something on the site is broken, it goes to the front of the line.
Yes. We take on sites we did not build. We start with a paid initial review of your current site, hosting, and software so we know exactly what we are agreeing to look after. If that review turns up work that has to happen before a plan makes sense, we quote it separately and you decide.
Our monitoring checks your site around the clock and alerts us when it stops responding. We confirm the outage, identify whether it is your host, your domain, or the site itself, start on the fix, and keep you updated. No one can promise a site never goes down — what we promise is that you are not the one who has to notice.
No. Content-update time is allotted per month and does not roll over to the next one, which is what keeps the plans affordable. If you consistently need more time than your plan includes, we will tell you and move you to the plan that actually fits.
Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract — give us 30 days notice and we will cancel at the end of your current billing period. Your website, your domain, and your content are yours. We hand over a final backup and any access we hold.
Tell us what your site runs on and how often it changes, and we'll recommend the plan that fits. Or call (201) 256-7190 and ask.
Tell us a bit about your business and we'll send over a free quote — usually same day.
