How quickly are update requests completed?+

Small changes — a phone number, a photo, a price, a banner — are typically live within one to two business days. Larger requests like a new page or a new form get scheduled, and we tell you the turnaround when you ask, before any work starts. If something on the site is broken, it goes to the front of the line.

Can I buy maintenance without buying a new website?+

Yes. We take on sites we did not build. We start with a paid initial review of your current site, hosting, and software so we know exactly what we are agreeing to look after. If that review turns up work that has to happen before a plan makes sense, we quote it separately and you decide.

What happens if my website goes down?+

Our monitoring checks your site around the clock and alerts us when it stops responding. We confirm the outage, identify whether it is your host, your domain, or the site itself, start on the fix, and keep you updated. No one can promise a site never goes down — what we promise is that you are not the one who has to notice.

Do unused support hours carry over?+

No. Content-update time is allotted per month and does not roll over to the next one, which is what keeps the plans affordable. If you consistently need more time than your plan includes, we will tell you and move you to the plan that actually fits.

Can I cancel the maintenance plan?+

Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract — give us 30 days notice and we will cancel at the end of your current billing period. Your website, your domain, and your content are yours. We hand over a final backup and any access we hold.
